Are you suffering from a nutritional deficiency?
“One of the biggest tragedies of human civilization is the precedence of chemical therapy over nutrition. It's a substitution of artificial therapy over natural, of poisons over food, in which we are feeding people poison in trying to correct the reactions of starvation.” Dr. Royal Lee, January 12, 1951
Through my own lifelong healing journey I have discovered what true wellness feels like. A physical therapist once told me that my struggle would not be relieved without a nutritional intervention. Finally, I found what my body had been missing. As we say, I was not "aspirin deficient" but had nutritional deficiencies. The body has the ability to heal itself, but needs genuine replacement parts (nutrition). And, that is when my passion began to help others with nutritional therapy.
Nutrition Response Testing is one of the most advanced and effective healing strategies in existence today. It is a non-invasive system of analyzing the body’s neurological reflexes and acupuncture points to identify underlying nutritional deficiencies that contribute to health imbalances.
The knowledge gained having attended nursing school and, also, receiving a teaching degree have prepared me well to serve and educate others through the practice of Functional Nutrition for 10 years. I am committed to advancing my knowledge and education by attending numerous seminars/workshops from world renowned doctors.
I believe that properly prepared, nutrient dense, whole foods promote optimal wellness. Toxicity, deficiencies and lifestyle stressors can be powerful adversaries to our vitality. The body is capable of incredible healing when given the correct balance of nutrients. The body can communicate its needs to us in many ways, but we continue silencing those messages (symptoms) instead of listening to find a cause. A strong foundation is essential to maintaining optimal health. Supplementation with whole food nutrition and whole food concentrates can be necessary to return the body to balance, supporting the body's ability to heal itself. I want to empower individuals to make healthy choices and encourage connecting with local farms.

A Testimonial: “I met Kimberley over 10 years ago while working as a physical therapist at Providence St. Vincent's. I was impressed (and have continued to be) with the research and follow through she extends to her clients. She has worked with me and several family members for a number of years and has provided exceptional care. She is thorough, thoughtful, and realistic about her approach to nutrition and she provided plans that me and my family could follow with success. In addition to utilizing Kimberley's talents for my own nutritional gains, I recommended a number of my patients consult with her to address their nutritional needs. Kimberley was always eager to work with my patients and provided them exceptional care that also aided in achieving their physical therapy goals. I would recommend Kimberley to become part of your practice and believe wholeheartedly that she would be an excellent addition. ~Donna HJ, PT
A Personalized Nutrition Plan elevates the potential of success.
The elements in your personally designed clinical nutrition program are nutrients that your body is not receiving or not assimilating. Much of what is consumed today is "food in disguise" as it has been robbed of all of it's nutritional integrity. Whole foods have all of the genuine replacement parts that form the matrix of Nature's balanced design. Each case is handled on an individual basis. Your body will dictate it's priority each time you are tested. Concentrated whole-food supplements are used which are prepared using a unique process that preserves all of the active enzymes and vital components that allow them to work as nature intended.
